While I plan to continue provide libindi in Fedora repositories
(required to several projects like kstars), I've decided to orphan
indi-3rdparty-libraries and indi-3rdparty-drivers and stop upgrading them.

Both -libraries and -drivers packages are heavily stripped out as many
(and the most useful) drivers requires pre-built binary SDKs. Till now I
managed to strip out the offending pieces and tried to unbundle
libraries from sources, but I don't think the time spent to maintain
those packages in Fedora worth the cause. Since upstream maintain their
set of Fedora RPMs, I would just suggest anyone to use those with come
with full support to all astronomic cameras.

Therefore I'm going to update libindi in Rawhide providing an "obsolete"
for indi-3rdparty-libraries and indi-3rdparty-drivers, so that upon
upgrade those packages are uninstalled.
