Yes. Looks like the blame is nvidia-gpu-firmware. Several new firmware files have been added and they are large files (compared to other firmware files). The initramfs files get a copy of /lib/firmware and those new nvidia firmware files are being pulled in.
It should be addressed before more files are added and /boot runs out of space on default Fedora installs.
