Ah, now I understand. I believe the use case of non-packager members of pkgdb groups I outlined with db-sig is legitimate. So far I haven't found that the packager privileges would leak from pague UI through pkgdb groups to non-packager users. But should there be any leak, I agree that it has to be fixed.
