Well, according to the KDE developers, KDE has
revised their timetables, bringing the end of x11
session support forward to the Plasma 6.8
timeframe.

While it is never entirely clear how KDEs
release schedule will align with Fedora's
release schedule, F46 (April 2027) seems
like a possible target for inclusion of
KDE 6.8 in Fedora.

While early 2027 is bit more than a year away,
you may need to start assembling your team
now to plan your fork of the relevant parts of
KDE you intend to maintain going forward
in order to be ahead of the possible F46
schedules.
