I would recommend to coordinate with the Rust SIG and / or the
Workstation WG here - they're dependencies of "core" parts of the
distribution and require a bit of care.
Also, those two are not the only orphaned packages that still need to
be unorphaned to clear up the rust-* <- glycin <- all of GNOME and
other GTK based DEs dependency chain.

No problem, but I don't know what exactly I should do. I didn't want the
package that I care about to be taken down by those orphaned packages, so I
took them. If you or anybody else would like to retake them from me, then
feel free to do so.
