Note that this is NOT the sporadic 503 issue (which is 100% solved).

It's also not the 'long running koji connections get a 502' issue

It's some more rare issue thats so far as I know affected one other
person. I'll reopen the above one and if you could add any additional
data you have to it that would be great.
