dhcpd-pools was a tool I added to Fedora/EPEL at a previous job to
summarize and report on ISC dhcpd leases. I updated to the latest and
probably last upstream release a few months ago, but it's currently
fail-to-build in rawhide due to something in bundled gnulib. ISC dhcpd
itself is end-of-life (still in Fedora as "best effort"), so I'm not
interested in putting the effort in to get it working.

Since I don't actually use it anymore either, I've orphaned it.
