As I understand it, the Windows UEFI CA 2023 only applies to Windows booting, so (pure) Linux users probably won't care (at least until they rehome those devices to someone who wants to run Windows). Those who dual boot should probably dual boot to get the updates at some point in the first half of the year to be ready. I imagine, should Microsoft request it, LVFS could offer to install the Windows UEFI CA 2023 cert on Linux systems (even if revoking the 2011 cert at this point would be a bridge too far). -- _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected] Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
