I'm not sure whats going on with those 3. They should be configured the
same, will need more investigation.

f41-test should be. f41 is eol now and that instance was retired.
Removed it from the wiki. 

ppc64l-test is just down. I tried to contact folks in the lab it's 
located before the holidays, but no reply yet. It should be kept, it's
just down and should be back.
