This gcc commit (hey guys, commit messages?) removes libatomic-static: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gcc/c/461b2c1a00bdd7f452451952996e8b89f3e9088b?branch=rawhide
This breaks at least qemu, so the whole virt stack. Reading between the lines it seems that dependencies on libatomic-static can be removed since the package is now shipped in gcc, so I have tried making that change in qemu.
