It doesn't match the pattern for MIT: <https://spdx.org/licenses/MIT.html>

I think it's closest to this HPND variant:
<https://spdx.org/licenses/HPND-doc.html>

But it doesn't match it, either. Main HPND
<https://spdx.org/licenses/HPND.html> has the required phrase “copyright
notice and this permission notice appear in supporting documentation”.

Looks like this needs an SPDX update: Either the HPND-doc pattern needs
to be updated, or a new HPND variant has to be created.
