I'm considering proposing that we configure greenwave to disallow waivers of distro-wide gating test failures, or require them to be signed off by someone else, yes. I hadn't got around to it yet because first I need to check if greenwave has those features. > > There are a few packages that cross the line > from important to very important (and I do not > believe we have a consistent and actionable > definition[1] for such). The 'nice' thing about the distro-wide gating policy is that it already tells you this. If a distro-wide gating test is failing, it's an important problem. We don't gate on unimportant tests. -- Adam Williamson (he/him/his) Fedora QA Fedora Chat: @adamwill:fedora.im | Mastodon: @[email protected] https://www.happyassassin.net -- _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected] Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
