Am I missing something, or is there now no unversioned npm symlink
available? See i.e. [1], it BuildRequires: nodejs-npm, but the build now
fails with
npm: command not found

From our testing (both manual and with a tmt test suite [2]),
it looks like things work as we expect, and the change should be
hopefully rather smooth for the end user.

I'll leave this up over the weekend for possible wider testing;
if no major objections are noted, I'll merge the PRs at the start of
next week, do a side tag build and propose a testing update.
