The update and rebuilds are done and the side tag has been merged.

Thanks to Adam and automatic testing I was reminded that pycdio still
needs to be updated. The pycdio package is indeed retired for over 6
years now, but python-pycdio is not. After also rebuilding python-pycdio
CI was much happier.
