Unnannounced ptex soversion change

A bug report [1] recently showed the "Fail to install" usd-libs package. It turned out the issue is caused by the new ptex with soversion change to 2.5 which went unnoticed in the build system. The affected dependency in Rawhide is OpenImageIO followed by openshadinglangue [2] which needs a rebuild to resolve the issue.
