Exactly.

The process expects ~10 days after the Change proposal is announced
and before FESCo vote, for public discussion. The FESCo vote takes ~
week (?).
I think we are missing ~ a week in the schedule, so there is some
actual time (let's say at least 3 days?) after the change is Accepted
and before the Testable deadline.

Could you please double check the math, Allison, if the current
sequence makes sense?

The FESCo voting can always take longer (discussing, requesting
changes), but in those cases the Change is usually either so
complicated or so incomplete, that the FESCo would tell the Change
owner to defer it for the next release anyway. (And next time submit a
complicated Change ASAP in the cycle.) But we should make sure that
the schedule makes it possible, that easy and trivial changes can be
done in the time remaining after the Change is accepted. (Or that
there is not negative time between FESCo usual vote length finishes
and Changes are required to be implemented and be testable)
