It looks like python-cyclopts has been submitted for review in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2440706. Perhaps that helps.

Hi all,
I've been quietly maintaining mopidy, a music streaming server written
in Python, and its MPD compatibility layer mopidy-mpd for some years.
Recent upstream changes make me consider orphaning them. Most notably,
the latest version introduced dependencies on the PyPI packages
polyfactory and cyclopts, neither of which are packaged by Fedora. I
don't have the time to package them myself, as especially cyclopts has a
rather fast-paced release schedule.
Unless someone steps up to package these (which I do not expect anyone
to do), I will sooner than later click the 'orphan' button on dist-git
for the three related packages:
* mopidy
* mopidy-mpd
* pykka (an otherwise unneeded dependency of both)
