Restrict ptrace by default Change (#3569)
Discussion was held on the compromise proposal to automatically
disable the restriction when gdb is installed.
A major concern was raised that since gdb-headless is a dependency of
abrt, the restriction would be disabled on a vast majority of Fedora
systems, rendering the security improvement ineffective.
There was debate on the principle of having a package installation
automatically loosen a security policy.
The decision was postponed to allow for further discussion with the
change owners based on a list of questions raised during the meeting.
Flatpak Discussion
Due to time constraints and the complexity of the ongoing discussions
across multiple tickets, the topic was punted to the next meeting.
Open Floor
The request in ticket #3570 concerning F42 was formally approved.
The location of the Change Proposal ticket template was identified,
and an action was taken to file a PR for updates related to ticket
#3559.
