Good day, All my issues seem to be related to my external WineHQ package

Problem 1: installed package wine-stable-1:11.0.0-2.1.x86_64 requires
libavcodec.so.61()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - installed package wine-stable-1:11.0.0-2.1.x86_64 requires
libavcodec.so.61(LIBAVCODEC_61)(64bit), but none of the providers can be
installed
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package
wine-stable-1:11.0.0-2.1.x86_64
  - libavcodec-free-7.1.2-4.fc43.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade
repository
 Problem 2: installed package winehq-stable-1:11.0.0-2.1.x86_64 requires
wine-stable = 1:11.0.0-2.1, but none of the providers can be installed
  - installed package wine-stable-1:11.0.0-2.1.x86_64 requires
libavformat.so.61()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - installed package wine-stable-1:11.0.0-2.1.x86_64 requires
libavformat.so.61(LIBAVFORMAT_61)(64bit), but none of the providers can be
installed
  - package wine-stable-1:11.0.0-2.1.x86_64 from WineHQ requires
libavformat.so.61()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed

You can try to add to command line:
  --no-best to not limit the transaction to the best candidates
  --skip-broken to skip uninstallable packages

none of the standard packages appear to have an issue.
