I'm running into an issue where pytest run in %check with lots of
arguments (the command is about 8,394 characters long) no longer emits
output. You can see that in the scratch build output for this PR:

I also see it when I run fedpkg local. But if I copy and paste the
pytest command in a terminal I do see the output. Any idea what might
be causing this?
