Hi All,
I am planning to start the retiring process of the babeltrace /
libbabeltrace package. It has been unmaintained upstream since 2022 and
replaced by babeltrace2.
A few packages still build depend on libbabeltrace for optional
features, namely:
- ceph
- gdb (gdb-headless)
- insight
- kernel (perf)
What would be the proper channel to inform these maintainers they should
drop the build dependency?
