I am handling rebuilds of all packages that I maintain, co-maintain,
or where the Rust SIG is co-maintainer. Maintainers of packages in

- rpm-ostree
- rust-bootupd
- rust-zincati
- trunk
- vaultwarden
Also, please note that updating to the latest 0.9.z or 0.10.z releases
of the openssl-sys crate is also required for compatibility with the
forthcoming openssl 4.0 change.
