Hello, I would like to bring attention to this bug:

selinux issue with nm vpnc
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2374041

Inside the ticket there are also github tickets and "ask fedora
questions", but the problem remains unsolved.

The problem: The usage of VPNC + Networkmanager + Selinux is broken in
fedora 44, fedora 43 and probably fedora 42 (i don't know, i skipped
that release). It worked just fine in fedora 41, just clicking the VPN
button in the desktop menu.

Now, I have to disable selinux to connect to the VPN of my institution.

It would be great if the people responsible (selinux-policy?
NetworkManager-vpnc? ) could take care of the problem.

Regards, Sergio
