I'd just revert it. I'm not exactly an expert here, but from reading https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2480169 Adam suggested that it being a "fix" for anything related to the bug was a pure hallucination, and from a quick read of kernel code, "warn" is the default for split_lock_detect in any case - I can't tell where the claim of "avoiding a crash" even came from. Other than a hallucination, of course. -Eric -- _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected] Do not reply to spam, report it: https://forge.fedoraproject.org/infra/tickets/issues/new
