rebuild" both in the %build section after node_modules_prod was
extracted and again in %check after node_modules_dev was extracted:

But, as I said before... this will require *some* more native packages,
especially for things like rollup. And while I've added node_modules
stripping to the "sources.sh" script here for the purpose of testing and
discussion, it almost certainly belongs in the nodejs-packaging-bundler
script.
