fedora-active-user suggests that they have not recently been active:
fedora-active-user --user sham1 --email <removed>
You do not need to use `--email` argument when `--user` is used.
When username is given, fedora-active-user will connect to the FAS
system and fetch profile data. Which includes two emails: main one and
bugzilla one (they do not need to be the same).
