Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) a requirement for all members of the
`provenpackager` group.

is enabled.
β Concerns were raised about the lack of self-service account
recovery options, and the committee wants to see this improved.
β **Bugzilla Spam Reduction:** FESCo approved a proposal from Bugzilla
administrators to lock bugs that have been closed and inactive for
more than 90 days. This will prevent spam comments on old, popular
tickets.
β **Acknowledgement:** The committee formally thanked Fabio L. (@Fale)
for stepping up to fill a vacant FESCo seat during the previous term.
