Exactly. I may have triggered this with my remark on X11, whose sole intent was: How long are we ging to support the X11 stack as necessary for i3? It's relevant because it might become a technical liability for anyone wishing to maintain i3, probably shared with other folks wishing to maintain X11-dependent packages.
