I'll add you to both the zig[1] and zig-srpm-macros[2] packages once the system shows you and from there on it is open to you.
As previously mentioned the package requires little to no work right now because we are in between releases, it is probably best if you get familiar with how to build the rpm package and how the spec file is structured. In general the documentation for how to package is a bit poor for newcomers, the packaging guidelines[3] and package maintainer docs[4] are the best there is right now and if there is anything unclear or you have open questions feel free to reach out directly to me, I can best be reached under the same email I'm posting this under.
