This should not be a problem. The "rust-*" prefix only applies to the
*source RPM*, the actual built RPM is named just "monitord-exporter".
There is no restriction (other than the generic Naming Guidelines) on
the name of the RPMs built from that source package. The default is
the name of the crate (i.e. the name of the source package without the
"rust-" prefix), but this is not mandatory.
