What about brp processing? I think that's going to be harmless.
This feature is on place, but it is disabled by default. So it cannot affect
anything in Fedora's Koji.
This feature should NOT affect %doc process, brp processing... It should affect you ONLY if you do some building of
final artifacts in %check phase. And you should not do that.

The feature requires rpm-6.0.91 that is not in F44 and is only presented in
not-yet-released F45.
Any testing is welcomed so we can turn this on by default.
