Hi,
Thanks for working on this! It's great to see new language ecosystems
popping up in Fedora!

I'd suggest filing a pull request with the Fedora Packaging Committee
[1] to propose the Guidelines changes, or at least a regular ticket to
start discussion, and link that in the Change. You are also welcome to
the FPC meeting [0] as Fabio mentioned. Note that you'll need to convert
the current RST into sembr.org-compliant asciidoc used by the Packaging
Guidelines and Fedora Docs. If some of the current documentation is more
of a tutorial or reference for the cr2rpm tooling as opposed to
prescriptive guidelines, those parts likely shouldn't be included in the
Packaging Guidelines submitted to the FPC and can live elsewhere --- or
at least, that's my opinion, and a principle I had in mind when I wrote
the new Golang Packaging Guidelines separate from the Go Vendor Tools
tooling reference and manpages. Human-authored Guidelines are strongly
preferred, since the FPC operates on a volunteer basis, and some of us
are not too keen on reading large amounts of LLM-generated text.
