Previously I pushed build fixes to armacycles-ad, appstream-generator,
collectd, liblouisutdml, libisds (all reasons unrelated to libxml2), and
have local patches for libosinfo, shigofumi, librsvg2 to fix build with
new libxml2 and will push those to before the build.
I updated a VM with the new libraries, and things seem to work fine.
If something doesn't get rebuilt or fails, usually this would not be problem,
because the compat package will be available. An issue would only occur if
there's a binary
I want to start the builds tonight, around 18:00 GMT.
