libarrow is building in the side tag now. I will build Ceph when it
finishes.
I'm not a proven packager, I'm not able to build the other packages.
Tentatively I plan on merging whatever is built in the side tag on or
after 18 Sept 2026.
I'm rebuilding gdal, groonga, and root now.
