I actually would advice against this update, as 2.19.0 was unusually buggy. We learned it the hard way, by trying to update cypari2, a Python interface to libpari. See e.g. https://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=2708 for a particularly juicy one... HTH Dima
