I'm not a proven packager, please do the rebuilds. Note there may be problems with the new libcamera version API, libcamera-apps is known not to build (upstream is going to fix it sooner or later) and I tried a scratch build of plasma-camera, which also failed (https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/7886/151917886/build.log).
