For the lookaside cache only the tarball file name and its checksum matter,
the spelling can't be the problem. The tarball has not been uploaded yet.

What do you get if you enter your Xnee checkout dir and run

  fedpkg -v new-sources xnee-3.10.tar.gz

? The -v is for verbose output, btw. So it might be an idea to keep that
output.
