Yes, that's certainly one way to do it, and is even mentioned in the "How to get sponsored" wiki[1]: "Go ahead and link to other package review requests where you've left comments and reviews (More on reviews below)." but that's a separate problem. The shear amount of documentation/guidelines there are.
