These features are not yet in Rawhide, they are in FSF GDB HEAD, it should be in Rawhide in a week or so. I do not plan to rebase F16 as it is a stable release, unless there is a consensus on fedora-devel reduction of <optimized out> results is worth the rebase compatibilities/regressions risk.
