Hi,

I'm working on PHP 5.4 as a fedora 17 feature
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/Php54

So, I'm testing extensions compatibility.

rrdtool-php fails to build...

Mainly because of type defined in an old php3-compat header
(which have been removed in 5.4).

Fix is quite trivial.

See :
https://github.com/remicollet/remirepo/commit/0f5a1a801b07c74896f6c0d77c7441aa0624249c

Please, also note others improvements (%check + .so filter)

I don't find any sources for the PHP bindings in upstream SVN (I know
it's a very old contrib) ; so I don't know if it worth reporting this
issue upstream, as upstream refers to pecl extension (php-pecl-rrd
available on the repo)

So we need to choose :
- apply the patch in fedora
- drop rrdtool-php (make it obsoleted by php-pecl-rrd)

Regards,
Remi.
