It would be a good idea to add some details as to what the package actually does in order to garner some interest. Even after opening the bug report I still wasn't sure as the one line description in the review request wasn't clear to me: Psi+ - Psi IM Mod by psi-...@conference.jabber.ru The summary from the spec file says: Summary: Jabber client based on Qt which is much better, but the extended description could be more clear.
