Builds that are in updates-testing can certainly be used in buildroot
overrides. However, if a build has already been in buildroot overrides
once, Bodhi won't let you add a new buildroot override for that build.
Instead, you'll need to click on 'Show expired overrides' and hunt down
the old override and extend its duration.
