After reading through the discussion, it seems that a new feature that
has to do with rewriting Anaconda has caused larger than expected
workload on developers. Given that, wouldn't it make even more sense to
just skip F-18 and let developers work in piece on F-19 instead?

Don't get me wrong, I love upgrading to new Fedora releases. But, if it
so happens that the big changes cannot be done in time, maybe hard
working developers deserve a break from the breakneck release schedule?
