it did work in F16

sometimes later the config-file where i have defined
grub-pwd again after a lot of search was silently
renamed to rpmsave and the password DISABLED without
notice the user that his security is broken

so this is a regression and it does not bother
me who has made it - it was introduced after
it had worked
