28 days is not enough...Somebody never subscribe devel ,even their email
address is invalid.
Each bug report receives a reminder, at which point interested parties
can clone or reassign it to a more recent Fedora release if it still
relevant there. You don't have to subscribe to any mailing list for
that, just being the reporter or Cc: on the bug is sufficient.
