i know that - on the other hand developers need to knock out the reflex "your bugreport annoys me" and close it within minutes because they don't care about users and only if *both sides* starts to play nicely it can work and one part of that is to *respect* reporters and realize taht report bugs and describe problems in daily use is a important sort of contribution - i am developer too and i am well aware without the users point of view i would develop blindly - anybody not awawre of this should stop calling himslef a serious developer developers need to knock of that attitude: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=76935#c10 without users the developers would be meaningless
