This change made the version of perl-ExtUtils-Command in Rawhide go
from perl-ExtUtils-Command.noarch 0:1.18-312.fc22 to
perl-ExtUtils-Command.noarch 0:1.18-240.fc22, which is a downgrade.
Is that intentional?
