This is not a significant threat for me. In the main case I have a concern about, the organization has certiciates that will look legitimate to firefox (except for the pinned ones used for tor and a few other cases).

It would be a lot better if they just changed the lock icon instead of popping up warnings that need two clicks per entry (and there can be more than one page.) (And actually there should be three clicks as I don't want to really trust those certs in the future, but I don't always bother to unclick that check mark.)
