Just to avoid confusion, I am not talking about mirrors. I am talking about updates not appearing at all (i.e. here: http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/updates/testing/21/ or here: http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/updates/21/).
