I discovered an easily reproducible bug in Rawhide back in June which
affects LVM:

  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1237136

This breaks many LVM commands, eg. 'lvmchange -a ..' which is used
during boot.

The same bug has now started to affect Fedora 23 because of the
backporting of the buggy kernel version to F23.

I think this should be a blocker for the F23 release. How do I make
it so?

Rich.
